Waiver & Policies
Bareology Salon Waiver & Policies
Bareology reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion. For the safety and well-being of our clients, services may not be performed on areas with bruising, burns, open wounds, irritation, blemishes, or broken skin, as hair removal procedures may aggravate these conditions.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
All clients are required to have a valid credit card on file to secure appointments. Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any last-minute changes, cancellations, or no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total as a cancellation fee.
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
By signing this Salon Waiver, the client understands, acknowledges, and agrees that hair removal and related services may involve certain risks, including but not limited to redness, swelling, tenderness, irritation, scratches, discomfort, pain, or other reactions that may occur during or after treatment.
The client voluntarily assumes all such risks and accepts full responsibility for any losses, costs, or damages that may arise. The client hereby releases and discharges Bareology, including its owners, directors, technicians, and employees, from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or losses arising from or related to services rendered.
Ongoing Agreement
This waiver shall remain continuously binding and shall apply to all current and future services provided by Bareology unless revoked in writing.
